It’s hard to believe how far we’ve come. What was once an abandoned railway station — cold, crumbling, and closed to the public — is now a vibrant hub for creativity and connection.

When the community first stepped in to reclaim the building, there was no roadmap. Just a shared belief that this space could be more — more than bricks and mortar, more than history — a place for people to gather, make, share, and belong.

Volunteers scraped paint, raised funds, and lent their time and skills to bring the building back to life. Step by step, room by room, the station began to breathe again.

Today, it’s home to artists’ studios, community events, workshops, and conversations that wouldn’t happen anywhere else. And the journey has only just begun.
